Cause :
If the battery voltage falls below a minimum level, these memories are cleared and the TCM determines that there is a malfunction in the power supply circuit. When the engine is next started, the TCM will illuminate the MIL and set the DTC.Engine started, engine running, and the PCM detected a high voltage present at the PCM for 3 minutes after the engine started. The Starter Relay Control Circuit High Voltage test monitors the voltage signal that is sent from the ignition switch.
